Do I need to cancel my order ??

I have read a couple of times now that the opteron 146's stock level was messed up.

I have also read you are expecting OEM units in the next delivery.

My order was supposed to be dispatched 28/11 but has not been updated since Friday.

Invoice number (removed: davidm)


Just want a clear answer to whats going on - if any are coming. etc etc

At the moment we are not due any retail 146 processors any time soon, but we are actively trying to source the 146 opterons in other format's i.e OEM and Bulk.

As yet we have not heard from the people in purchasing if these have been confirmed as ordered, or due in any time but as soon as we do the website and here will be updated accordingly.

Regarding the shuttle revision - I've requested this to be brought across from the warehouse so I can personally check this for you.

Surely keeping the customer in the dark is hardly good for customer service.

After reading another thread regarding payment, I have checked my account.
After its obvious you did'nt have stock to fulfill my order(or others), why have you taken payment on MONDAY.

This is surely WRONG

Although they are told Jan for retails, as to IF they get any is still a mystery only AMD will know.
