    Not a happy Bunny. But easily sortable im sure.

    I ordered an XFX 7800GT from you nice chaps on the 28th. The reason i chose this card at this time was the free COD2 game offer.

    I placed 2 orders that day, both at the same time and did them both before the time required for next day delivery, as advised by one of your sales guys. I received an email saying that one order had been dispatched but did not get one for the 7800GT. I then called your sales department and explained that I need the card by tomorrow due to the COD2 offer ending on the 30th. I was informed that the card would be with me the next day with the other order. i then arranged to take the day off work. However, the card did not arrive. I was then told via PM that this was a mistake and i will get the card the following day as it was not even picked until the day after i ordered. I have the card now but the link to the http://www.propellerheadsupport.com is not available.

    Further more, this is what the XFX site says;

    Note: By popular demand, XFX has extended the Call of Duty 2 offer to Nov. 30th 2005. Offer valid for purchase made on or before Nov. 30, 2005. Redemption must be completed 14 days from date of purchase.
    Now does that no mean i should be able to order it?

    I have never had an problems ordering from Scan before and I have spent over £1,000 with you in the last 6 months. I plan to spend a further £300 this weekend. I have never had any problems with you guys and you are clearly the best on-line retailer, your customer service is untouchable by any other company. Please could you look into this for me and maintain the 101% satisfaction i have gain from using you in the past. The telephone support for propellerhead support is rather expensive premium rate.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

    If they have stated this on there website then give them a ring, as the link has been removed from there website, as this is there offer, we dont hold any stock so it would be down to XFX, but they are great and im sure they would sort you out if you gave them a ring...

    Regards

    I cant phone them, its an expensive rate number barred from my phone. If i give you the details can contact them? It maybe an XFX offer which they should honour, but it was you guys that used it as a selling point in the product listing. Some responsiblity should be yours i believe. Thanks mate. Dom.

    Looks like the US page is still running at the moment. Pete's just pestered quite a few XFX people on MSN as to why the UK links dissapeared

    As soon as we have any info - I'll let you know accordingly.

    This is what i have been told by propellerhead;

    [Tony - 5/12/2005 10:6:51] Hi, sorry, it was necessary to register before the 30th. Regards Tony
    So I had been rather misslead a few times here and i'm rather annoyed. XFX and Scan have both told me clearly that i could still claim the game. Can you guys look into this for me please, i have hit a bit of a brick wall now. The US XFX was still taking registrations for the game yesterday.

    Note: By popular demand, XFX has extended the Call of Duty 2 offer to Nov. 30th 2005. Offer valid for purchase made on or before Nov. 30, 2005. Redemption must be completed 14 days from date of purchase.
    Thanks again.
