Ive got an order outstanding for item LN11725 - saitek keyboard. I had an email saying this item was out of stock but on the website in said instock when I ordered and still says in stock now??

These are due in any time now, most probably tomorrow, but they may not get booked in until monday, it depends on work loads in the warehouse.

Ive had an order for item LN11725 open with you since the 4th december, I have tried phoning, emailing and posting messages on here to get an idea of what is happening with my order. I seem to banging my head against a brick wall! I phoned today and was told id be contacted with an answer, no return call or email was made.

What is happening to the usual efficient Scan service? Ive ordered from you many times before with no problems.

Please can I have a answer to when im likely to receive this order, bearing in mind both items were in stock when I ordered 12 days ago!

I've just rechased this up with purchasing... it is due in any day now - and is part of a Saitek shipment which is coming direct from Saitek.

I can't be any more specific than this i'm afraid - but obviously we'll update the thread when they land.

Rather than creating a new thread, I have raised OLQ345975 with regards to an outstanding order that I made for a Saitek Cyborg EVO joystick on Monday when it was listed as being in stock.

Like bcfcrule, this is also a Christmas present, but one that I had hoped to give to the family member on Sunday (18th) when I see them as I won't be seeing them around Christmas itself.
