Xbox360 Wired Pad RMA

I ordered an Xbox360 Wired Pad from you with my core system. It was an xmas present and when I tried to use it on xmas day, it was broken.

Project Gotham Racing 3 gives a reconnect controller error whenever a button is pressed and Fifa Road to World Cup does as well.

It is definately the pad as I have tried another pad in the same usb port and that one works. I've also tried the broken pad in the other usb slot and the same thing happens.

I'd like a refund please and an RMA number to send this back to you.

Unfortunately there's not anything we can do until after Christmas, but if you log this down using the support link on our site, it will be looked at on our return.

No problem... the team will look at the query as soon as possible for you, but it may not be on the first day (depending on how many queries they have over the period)
