Dead MSI Neo2 (NF3)

Hey guys,

I brought an MSI Neo2 Platinum (NF3, AGP) from you in Feb last year, have come home tonight and it looks like it has given up the ghost. I will try the usual troubleshooting but I have seen this before with my first Neo2 (not brought from Scan), and i fear its terminal.

In all likelihood I'll be giving you a call tomorrow to arrange an RMA (as its still within a year of purchase), but I dont really fancy a replacement (quite understandably I hope), and you dont stock any of the NF4 boards I would want. Therefore, would it be possibly to use the money from a successfully RMA (at your discretion obviously) and put this towards a new GFX card (namely a nice PCI-E 7800GT) with me paying the diference?

Hmmmm, apparently not. Now gonna be stuck with a Neo2 that i dont want, and the hassle of selling it privately

Pity too, as I'll now be looking for the best value card, rather than making the effort to get it from Scan
