Another RMA question

Hi again,

I have now been issued an RMA number but have a question. Do I have to send you the faulty pad or will you come and collect it?

I ask this because the email I got said to send it back to you myself but it was posted in a thread about the Squeezebox saying that a courier would come to pick that up as it was DOA. My pad was also DOA so surely a courier should come to pick it up?
