Questions about RMA'ing my motherboard

- If I wish to change the date that the courier comes to pick up the motherboard is this fine?
(Later or sooner)
- I want a REFUND on the motherboard? Is this fine?

- How long will it normally take for me to get a refund AND how will you test it?

The problem with the motherboard was a faulty capacitor, it ran fine but PRIME95 bought weird audible sounds which worried me. This could come back to haunt me in the future. So better to be safe than sorry.

Please reply to the message that Returns sent you concerning the change of collection date, and give them the additional information concerning refund etc...
