missing parcel

Just came home and found that Initial city link had been today and had left postcard stating that parcel was left behind my bin at the back of flat. Okay so went round and no sign of it asked neighbours but no parcel .
How do i proceed now

Youre also not supposed to put your invoice number in.
In theory the blame lies with city link, as they didnt get a signature, however, tehy are notorious for being crap, so youre prob gonna have to rely on scan.

Still waiting to hear back from you called this morning and was promised a call back today

Just a post to let you all know how good scan are
reported missing parcel yesterday morning and got a call this morning that my replacement is on its way .
Thats what i call service it could have draged on for a while and got tricky but happy now can get the new rig prepared.
