Last weekend I filled in a returns query form from the My Account section on your website.
I've heard nothing from Scan since. Surely 3 days later I should have had a response?
Should I have received an email of my query? As it stands, I haven't and the query requests don't appear to be logged so I have no way of retrieving my long message
Should I just call CS? If that's a yes, then what's the point of having a returns query section if it doesn't get looked at?
Not having a rant, just asking
edit: part of the returns was for the VoIP boxes I posted about here for which I never obtained an answer either
...just
