bluetooth print server / usb type thing

a while ago you had some blutooth usb print servers in which would connect to the back of printer. I cant seem to find them any where now, have they all gone?

Also do you have any idea on the audio quality of these:

they seem like the perfect solution to stop me yanking my ears off everytime i stand up from my pc.
