    Wink Excellent service again but what happened to my RMA

    Hi
    Placed order monday afternoon @ 3:30
    got text saying dispatched @ 6 ish
    Recieved next day @ 11am
    Bloody Spot on well done

    However when I opened the Scan Alpine 7104 Black Case The top flap for the optical drive was missing found it inside the case but no spring to make it close

    Also the ezcool badge at the bottom is broken & some of the black plastic rivets on the side panel are missing

    So I phoned Scan CS spoke to a chap called Neil told him I wanted to return it for a refund, he said that on Wednesday morning I would recieve an email with the RMA form ect' But I've not heard anything no email nothing. Could one of you fine scan Dudes look into this for me Please..

    PS. Its about time you stocked Antec cases chaps. SCAN ARE THE BEST & I don't like having to buy cases from elsewhere & judging by the state of this case you sent me I don't think I'll be ordering anymore of them so come on lets have Antec complete with decent psu's
    Digitizer.........
