    Laptop RAM

    Hi!

    I've just got my mitts on a Compaq Evo N400C and want to make it XP worthy, I spotted a good price on your laptop ram here:

    Is this RAM compatible with my laptop and is it reliable as I've hda to RMA several sticks of no-name memory from other retailers.

    I would say that this is doubtful that that memory will work as there can be compatibilty problems with generic memory on laptops.

    We do have this in stock however which according to the corsair memory configurator will work

    Thanks for that, a friend pointed me towards the Crucial site which has a 256mb module guarenteed to work with my laptop for £70 less! Is there any possibility of movement on prices at your end?

    Any chance of price going down? i'd rather buy it from you than from Crucial.
