    Order not picked everthing is in stock?

    Invoice no <snip> was ordered 25/04/06 hasn't been picked yet although everything is in stock? I placed another order the day after and this has arrived. Can you help please?

    Have removed the invoice number (see sticky at top of forum). PM it to one of the Scan guys when they ask
