    Order Query

    Hello nicey nice Scan peeps. I put in an order for a ...

    (LN13046) 256MB XFX 7800GS Extreme,

    and

    a 1gb stick of PC 3200 ECC reg ram recently.

    Used the v21 buy now pay later option, filled in forms, sent back etc last week. I realise it takes some time to prcess the paperwork, but logging into my account @ scan I can't find any trace of the order to check its progress...???

    I have checked with V12 and unfortunately the Finance forms were received as “Illegible" and were unable to accept the forms.

    The only thing I can do is re e-mail the finance forms to you now. Please ensure the forms are printed and signed correctly before returning to V12

    As soon as the forms have been received I will be able to update you on the order status

    I will try to find out what the exact issue was as the V12 sit e just says illegible at the moment.
