Dear Ppl at Scan,
I know this is nitpicking, but my mate my wondering why his stuff wasn't picked and despatched yesterday since it was ordered well before 3pm.
He was not sent an email notifying him that his order was back-ordered or anything..
He tried sending queries but did not get any reply.
The invoice number 000EXXXXXX, its for a couple of upgrade bits..
Anyone mind picking this up and grab some info?
