Placed an order on Sunday afternoon for some bits totalling £350 odd pound, I didn't get the confirmation email till monday morning (usually instant) and you took the money from my account but didn't pick the items...
So yesterday I decided I needed to change the order slightly so I ring up and get an X850XT added to the order and the difference taken but still my items weren't picked yesterday after I was promised on the phone that they'd be picked and sent yesterday for today....
Sooo this morning I check your support tracking and guess what... payment taken but not picked. So I check through out the day and still not picked...
So getting slightly worried about my order (I need it like last week) spoke to a girl in cust services and she promised me also it would be picked and dispatched today....
So have just checked again and still not picked....
Not impressed scan, I have paid for next day delivery for goods now totalling nearly £700 and their not yet picked
Why are promises being made and not followed through? Why has my order not yet been picked when last time I checked all items where in stock? Why haven't I been informed of the delay?
Not impressed in the slightest
