Order problem....

Guys,

I've been told by our IT manager he's fed up of scan. I'm hoping as i've met a few of you that you'll be able to help resolve the situation.

Order number 000xxxxxx. - Showed as in stock when ordered?.

However no stock in place, IT manager was promised a drive for 7th, now its the 9th. Seems the IT manager was supposed to get this drive asap

Could someone please review this, as i don't want to see you lose orders from this company and the other companies our CEO owns/ is involved in.
