Thought I would report my experiences.
I had read many of the posts and the very positive comments on Scan so I decided to switch my next PC build to Scan.
Everything arrived as promised but due to a minor packaging problem the graphics card appeared to be slightly damaged.
I followed the returns procedure required on through the RMA testing and report (fortunately no fault was found as the item was out of stock).
But this is the point of this post I can honestly say I have never dealt with a computer components supplier who were so helpful and easy to contact by e-mail or phone and whose RMA system was so fast and effective.
Scan will definitely be my first choice supplier from now on.
