Hey Scan just got back to me about my RMA and I'd like some more help with it. My RMA number is RMA 140330.
Fistly, I recieved an e-mail asking if the address stated was the correct one to post my replacement hard drive. I would rather get a refund on this item that a replacement, is this possible? As it's a HDD that failed not long after I bought it I would rather not risk another one dieing on me.
Also, the original e-mail stating the RMA number said I should mail it to them but another mail I recieved asked for a time and date they could pick the item up from my house, which one should I do?
