I purchased a new drive from you because I got no response from your support team, and that has failed to solve the issues. I raised a support request online for a motherboard RMA and didn't receive any acknowledgement email. I will phone tomorrow.

I tried flipping some SATA cables around last night and it turns out that both the cables that came with the board were dodgy / low quality or it was a fluke. You're sending me out a couple new ones to replace the ones I nabbed out another PC. Hopefully it's sorted now, cheers.
