CityLink Botched Delivery

I've ordered a new HDD, asked for delivery on Thurs last week as Fiance was in but missed them as she had to work.

I arranged a redelivery for today, my fiance took the morning off work as she had a half day anyway & Citylink haven't turned up, when I ring the line it says they have failed to deliver twice, this is rubbish as my missus has been up since 8am & trust me you can hear our buzzer when it goes off!

I'm annoyed anyway as I didn't realise you can get free delivery with the loyalty program/Hexus which could have saved me a few quid!
Any chance this can be redelivered to my work address as my fiance is going nuts at having to wait in for 9 hours again & I need that HDD!

can you contact customer services here about this, so they can speak to Citylink over this for you. Also, they should be able to arrange alternative delivery if possible.

Yeah I read that, could have waited a short time though

They delivered it today (?!) label on the side even says redelivery for yesterday! I'm only in as i'm off work (long story!) But i've got it now so im happy!
