    Rma Question

    Hi

    Recieved an email to say that No Fault Found, what happens from here? Do I get any info on how the parts were tested?

    Also when I log into my Scan account I cannot view any previous orders or RMA details and when I try searching for RMA using the returns tracking I get an error.

    Can you help? PM me if you need any private info...
