This is in relation to RMA **
I have received a 2nd email on the 19th saying I had not contacted you in regards to the results of the rma testing and giving me 7 days to contact you or the product will be disposed of.
The initial rma email was on the 14th informing me of the test results. I sent a response via the online returns query process on the same day. It was given a code of **.
I have not heard anything back in relation to it.
According to the online information the product has been tested by Lee.
Please can you make sure that this is passed on to the relevant party so that the issue can be resolved. I will pm or email a copy of it if required.
