Question for Scan guys about Sapphire x1950xtx

    Hi guys,

I'm about to order the Sapphire x1950xtx from you, but I'm wondering about the listed specs for the card.

I noticed the memory speed is listed at 1550MHz, rather than the 2000MHz which i thought it should be... is this just a typo on your part?
Can you please confirm what the memory is actually clocked at?

Even the Sapphire website shows the 1550MHz, so if they're just running it slower to keep it cheap or something silly like that, i'll probably cancel the order & wait until you've got a different brand card in.

    Thanks in advance!

    surely its a mistake though?

clocks of 650/1550 are X1900XTX speeds

as mentioned about the X1950XTX should run at 650/2000??

It has to be a mistake on sapphires side.. there is no way it is either 1550 or 3100... lol, I will personally give you my CPU if that graphics card doesn't have 2000Mhz

    I'll hold ya to that
Well either way i'll know by Thursday when it should be delivered
Maybe i'll return it if it comes saying 1550 on the box, or maybe i wont... *shrug*

Thanks anyway Lee, guess i'll have to wait and see.

*EDIT* False alarm after all, just found the x1950 press release on the Sapphire site, which DOES quote the cards as having the correct 1000MHz memory.
