I purchased all the components for a new PC from Scan on the Monday 4th and received the items. It seems that the motherboard had a fault and was dead on arrival so I raised an RMA last Monday 11th for the faulty part to be replaced. The motherboard was confirmed faulty on Wednesday the 13th so I phoned up Wednesday to see if they could ship the items out to me for Thursday as the item was in stock. This didn’t happen so I phoned again twice on Thursday to see if they could ship the items for Friday which again didn’t happen. I then spoke to Phil the RMA supervisor to see if they would send me a my parts for delivery on Saturday at there cost which they refused so I ended up paying £23 for delivery and waited in Saturday morning for the parts and again they didn’t turn up so I phoned up again and was told the parts were not despatched despite paying an extra £23. The Scan website is now saying the items will not be despatched till Tuesday which I don’t think is acceptable. This has now taken a week to ship me a replacement part that is in stock if I had placed an order on Wednesday it would have been delivered before the weekend. I have now been without my Main PC for two weeks now and am still waiting.
