    Weekend order - No confirmation email or order history

    Hi,

    I placed an order yestarday night for a couple of items on the "Today Only" offer (an e6300 & P5B Deluxe WiFi) but have not received any email confirmation of my order and there's no listing of it in my order history.

    So I'm a tad worried that my order has gone a bit wonky, will it have gone through OK (seemed fine when I placed it, etc.)

    the same has happened here.....well sorta...

    i placed an order earlier today... but i want to cancel it... but i cant find out how.... and then i find the money has already been taken out of my account! :O

    its normal for weekend orders to not be confirmed until monday.
    if you want to cancel, they have a special page on their website through their contact us page, thatll let you cancel (theres a special box for cancellations).


    i felt the same when i placed my order recently for 2 hdd and 2 hdd coolers, but its ok! totally normal!

    I placed an order and made a mistake with one item. I can't find out how to change the order or even cancel the entire order. Can you help as I can't see how to do it either.

    Yes, on "MyAccount" it does say:

    "Important note: We do accept orders 24/7 through our online ordering system - however if you have ordered over the weekend please bear in mind your order may not update through email confirmations, Parcel Tracking or My Account section until midday on Monday."

    yes, but by then it might have already been shipped :S:S and i need to cancel it asap!

    Orders cannot be shipped on a Saturday, only from Monday when the order is confirmed by E-mail so there is no problem.

    I will track your details once I am in the office for you and then we can amend/cancel the order for you
