Placed a large order with John by phone yesterday he was going to see if you could get it out yesterday & said to put the order number in the parcel tracking system for order status,
That says invoice no cannot be found. Also on my account there is no record of the order & I have not recieved any order status emails.
I'm not suprised that you cuoldn't send it last night as it was afternoon when I placed the order, however I was execting something to show on my account.
Could one of you kind Gents check up on it for me as I really need delivery tomorrow if at all possible.
