    RMA check

    Hi there

    I returned some stuffs to Scan by RMSD yesterday. Although royal mail website confirms its been delivered this morning, scan's rma still on step 2 (not recieved). does it mean they havent got it or the database hasnt been updated?

    I am on a similar situation, SCAN collected the RMA on tuesday, but the system still shows step 2. I guess they haven't updated the system yet, until someone actually starting testing the RMA.

    Still not got my refund yet, RMA showed "completed" ages ago :S how long does it normally take to receive the refund ?
