Could one of you Scan bods please look into this for me?
Posted back a faulty keyboard on the 31st August, Scan received it on the 1st Sept. and sent out a replacement which reached me on the 2nd - impressive turnaround!
I've since been trying to get the postage costs refunded (for posting the keyboard to Scan). Mort-uk kindly put me in touch with "Philip Payseno" who emailed me on the 2nd and requested proof of postage, which I sent and I was told it'd be sorted asap.
However to date I haven't heard back from him- sent another email on the 9th but no reply. No sign of the refund on my card statement either.
RMA number is 120169
If someone could look into this for me it'd be appreciated, cheers
