Please check your hotmail inbox you will find i have forwarded details for the return of the replacement sent. From the details you have provided i would agree that the replacement sent is not a suitable/fair replacement for the faulty item returned. Once the item has been collected by us and returned to SCAN i will ensure you are sent a brand new replacement.

I've just checked and can confirm a replacement will be sent. Because the RMA tracking site only gives two options for the tester i.e. ''faulty'' or ''not faulty'' it doesn't really have an option for goods being returned which are neither but just need swapping...if that makes sense?
In any case i can confirm a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Just checked the website, and looks like the VF900 is out of stock.. is there an ETA on when you will get it back in stock, or is there any chance I could be sent the 'Zalman VF900-CU LED' (LN15806), if it is going to take a long time.
Also can i point you at the thread i made here regarding my two (2!) faulty Seagate 7200.10's - do you want them back for testing, if so can i have an RMA number pretty please
