    Urgent Returns Issue...

    hey guys,

    I bought a Zalman VF900 cooler for my 7900gt a few months back (LN 13596), tried to install it, but one of the screws (the big inverted-thumbscrew things) doesnt tighten up properly, hence theres not enough contact made with the card...

    the zalman has been sitting at home for a while now (im @ uni at the mo), but the whine of the 7900gt fan is really starting to get to me... is there any chance you could send me a new thumbscrew? I dont have the packaging for the zalman anymore, so I doubt I could RMA it - I tried emailing zalman (this was a couple of weeks back) without response...

    ok, I wont be able to send the zalman back until mid-december... guess i'll re-apply for the RMA then?

    bit of a bump, finally found the zalman, gonna get it all packaged up now, but I was wondering if i need a new RMA number, of if I can use the old one?

    Oh and i've got another RMA i need to setup as per this thread however I cant do that til february, as I'm using the harddrive, and I need to RMA a different drive back to Maxtor before I can let this one go!

    Hey guys, the 'warranty replacement' arrived today. Not at all impressed for the following reasons:

    1. It's a used product (mine had been used for <30mins)
    2. You haven't given me the screws to attach it to the graphics card!
    3. Its broken, the heatpipe has sheared away from the cooler
    4. You've given me some 'used' gpu ramsinks which were all stuck to each other and aren't going to be of any use!


    Please can you send me a new replacement Zalman VF900-CU, as the item i received was a bit of a joke...
