This is my first post on this forum and I would jsut like to say how impressed I am at your customer services team.
I have used other companies in the past who have had me on hold for about 45 mins only to cut me off and I have had to start the process all over again.
I placed an order over the weekend and recieved an e-mail this morning confirming the details. The prices on two of the items were more expensive than what was on the today only page. I phoned scan and was not even placed on hold before I got through to a very nice girl called Carrie who within the space of one minute altered the prices and actually added something to the order for me. All the way through the call she was very helpful and understanding, bearing in mind it was a monday morning!!!
I am usually the first one to slag off bad customer services but this was so surprising for me that I had to post!!!
Stand by for the next post that says items have turned up and dont work!!!!
