    erm - tracking number

    i got an automated e-mail from you guys last night saying my stuff has been shipped (16:58:00)

    but the tracking number you gave me doesn't work on City Links website

    Apparently some entries haven't been updated.

    I've just spoken to a customer of mine who received his order at 9:30 this morning - although he's not got an update on their site.
