Scan have lost me money and treated me like an idiot.

So I ordered £1200 worth of Equipment from scan, only for all the items to arrive and have a broken motherboard.I phone scan and Im told to post the motherboard back to them, which costs me £6.I post it back to them and it arrives there on tuesday, the fault is found that day and they email me to say they will send a replacement.Wednesday morning payment is authorised( why does an item I already paid for need to be authorised?).I phone up on the wednesday afternoon to find out when my order will be sent,Im told the item is in stock and it will be sent asap as expected dispatch date is 30th of November.I wait till thursday afternoon, I get nothing from email, phone again, Im told yet again item is in stock will be sent asap.Tonight I get an email that the item is out of stock and the lead time is expected 7\12\06!and the website still shows the mobo in stock!!Sorry but this kind of service is a joke. The week ive been without a computer ive needed pay to use an internet cafe to use email and lost business because of this. Now I get this.Had I have been told stocks were low I would have asked for refund and taken my business elsewhere as christmas is my busiest time.I really needed this Motherboard to get here by Saturday due to some very important things I have that need doing.Im truly shocked at the service as I thought Scan were supposed to be the most reliable.Motherboard was a ASUS P5B-E.

i had it as well, when i posted here to change said part scan noticed it was indeed in stock and got it shipped out on time.
they should have sent city link to pick the motherboard up.
