wait on eta or change order?

So, i ordered a few parts on the 22nd nov and my 9 month finance thing was agreed on the 27th, i think my repayments will begin soon, but because the following orders are out of stock and pretty crucial to the build i dont have much choice but to wait for Santa to bring them in,

the only other things i can think of are to get them from another retailer or change the order.
When i phoned up, a few days ago the lady said she would e-mail me with details after getting in touch with the right people. But i guess she got a but busy and i didnt get the mail.
Today the gentleman the phone did mention that the last delivery of the xclio case was in september and the HIS Radeon was a new line and hadn't been in as of yet, so that was a good bit of info, i guess,

LN13271 -- - Xclio-II CS-3060
LN16398 --- 256MB HIS Radeon X1950Pro

i realise its not really a fair question coz Scan is waiting for the manufacturers to get in touch with them, whilst doing other shtuff and dealing with customers but if anyone could, i dunno....give an approximate date from previous experience, that would be cool, will it be months? weeks ? i feel like im a kid checking the under the tree every so often, its horrible !!

I've just had a quick word with the purchasing guru and here's the information I've extracted out of him.

LN16398 - apparently these are coming from the manufacturers directly and we anticipate these to arrive in about a weeks time.

As for the chassis, there is no ETA on this but I've added a few notes to the internal system regarding getting this in stock.
