I slightly peeved that I am having to wait for CityLink to fail to deliver an item twice before it gets sent back to you, so that it can be properly resent.
basically, i am never at home, as i work mon - fri 9-5, and so always get stuff sent to work. Fine. great.
Except that your website does not allow work to be set as a default, and so even though I set work as a delivery address, I had to briefly ammend my order before completing, and pressed the back button in my browser - your website seemed to take this to automatically reset the delivery address to default (ie home), which as stated I now cannot get.
This issue is, of course, relatively minor and will not in any way prevent me from using your services again. The other issue that I recognise is that i get free shipping, for which i remain grateful.
I do feel however that this one small gripe - being able to set a default delivery address to any that has been previously used - could be addressed to the pleasure of all.
