How do I change order.

I just got a message from a member of scan staff letting me know that my memory selected was no longer in stock but if i p[icked somemore then it would still get to me by xmas. How do i change an order.. It doesnt seem obvious to me. Do i buy some more and the original wont be taken from my account or is there an ammend option.. thanks

If you received an email, simply reply back with the details of the change.

Otherwise - go to the support link at the top of this page (http://web6.scan.co.uk/Support/index.asp) and log a customer services query using the invoice number for the order.

Alright well can you help me please, i got a message on here saying that ...

The Corsair memory 1 x CV/DDR2/1GB/240PIN Cors VS 1GB DDR2 240PIN CL4 is currently out of stock on order E800557.If you could change this for an alternative I can have both orders despatched today / tomorrow for you..

I have chosen 1Gb (2X512Mb) Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC5300 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-15 ..LN10405 Its about 10pounds more can you please sort this out for me so it goes out tommorrow or do you need all my card details again? I really need this order for xmas... any help would be great!!
