When does picking end??

Hi there.

I made an order on the 10/01/07 hoping to have my new setup delivered tomorrow but I was sent an email earlier (4pm) telling me that the heatsink I order on the 10th wasn't reserved for me and you had run out of coolers. I ended up choosing another heatsink later on in order for my order to get dispatched.

Is there any chance I will get my machine tomorrow??

Well I guess not... I just got an email through and now my order has been delayed!!

What a terrible estimate for Tuesday delivery when I ordered last Wednesday morning -_-

The worst thing is I couldn't even get the cooler I wanted. I was hoping that since I ordered things that were in stock at the time, I would of been allocated them and then just packaged today but that didn't happen at all. So I added a cooler thats in stock and was told that my order would be dealt with swiftly and within the estimate??

Is the backlog that bad that its cutting close to a week in terms of order time??

my order which is scheduled for tomorrow delivery hasnt been picked/dispatched yet, I guess its delayed too :S (ordered last Thursday as well )
