    Update on RMA Please!!!

It has been 9 working days since I sent you my faulty graphics card

I know your blaming XFX for taking a long time but all I want is my card back , it does not take that long to find a fault and send a replacement/credit to Scan, unless XFX have monkeys working for them

But can you please Scan kick there arses into gear

    RMA: *delete*

Card I got was this one which is now out of stock

    Scan code LN13916

Just seen this on my update

"Your Estimated Despatch Date is 16 January 2007 "

Are you having a bloody laugh, why so long

either you have not got the card and are lying or you have the card and can't be arsed to ship it until next week

Just a hunch but as the next two days are not days were Scan would despatch anything and mondays being mondays is possibly already full, then Tuesday seems pretty fair.

I am also waiting for an order to be despatched that SCan spoke to me about yesterday and gave me a despatch date of 15th, thats the same wait time as you.

.....Or perhaps we have a high volume of orders as the website estimated delivery is the 16th also

Edit: As the replacement invoices still have to be printed picked etc. the same as any order.
