Micron major. [LN17135]

Hi,

I'm inquiring wether this RAM could possibily perform at higher speeds such as 1000mhz or more (with a higher than standard 1.8v)?

What micron RAM is it?

Fatbody ICs (11x19mm 92-ball).

The 80nm successor of Fatbody. These are 10x10mm 60-ball ICs.

Furthermore I would like to say that most of the 1066mhz dominator RAM uses micron 800mhz cas 5, would it be fair to guess that they use LN17135 chips?

I've ordered some crucial tracer RAM now, but I'd still like to know what the micron major is (info etc) ...never know may get some in the future
