    Thumbs down Delayed delivery again

    Hi

    I got a email tonight saying that my order has been delayed. This is the 2nd order that this has happened to!

    I wanted it today because I could be in to recieve it. Needless to say im * at this.

    Scan have had 5days to get my order ready for dispatch!!!!!!!

    Firstly let me apologise for the delay I am sure there is a good reason for this, Secondly please refrain from swearing on these forums as it is a family forum and seeing it is your first post it is totally unacceptable! The forums are here so that we all can give information and hopefully help you with issues but if you are going to come here just to let out your bad feelings in the way of swearing then i'll be taking No Prisoners . Please PM me your invoice reference and I will see what I can do.

    Strangely, I got an email last night saying my order had been delayed, 20 minutes earlier I had received an email saying my order had shipped. My order did in fact arrive today on time.

    Perhaps Scan need to adjust their email triggers.
