    I think Gordon Brown is to blame, cancelling the home computing initiative at such short notice.

    Evesham have simply had to tighten their belts to the tune of Ā£30Million and have therefore had to make some major cuts.

    I think the upshot is that they are simply no longer able to afford to provide good service.
