    Ebuyers return policy?

Bought a screen off them 2 weeks ago, but found 1 which i think would suit me better. What is their returns policy for non-faulty goods? Had a look at their web site but couldnt find much.

    cheers guys.

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

Think you might be out of luck. For non faulty items you have 10 days (from receiving the items I presume) to inform Ebuyer that you wish to return it.

    http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/help/...hvd19ybWFfZmFx

It might be worth raising an enote or whatever Ebuyer call them on your order and see what they say.

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

No probs. Its quite hard to find I think. Ebuyer probably do that on purpose. Make it hard to find and then when you moan they say, "Well it was there all along!".

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

You could of course have used the eBuyer forum to ask a question in, they're very quick to respond usually. I had to return a modem to them (it was faulty rather than me not liking it), and i found the experience rather painless - surprisingly!

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

I must admit when I RMA'd my vid card a couple of weeks ago I was really impressed with them. All sorted and a new card in about 4/5 working days

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

As others have mentioned above, the RMA process at Ebuyer has definitely improved recently. I had no problems returning a faulty DVDRW and getting a full refund. The whole process took no longer than 3 days. A far cry from the 'service' a few years back.

    Re: Ebuyers return policy?

I was surprised too, I had to return some 5.1 speakers that were DOA, filled in the RMA form, it was instantly accepted and they arranged for a courier to pick them up a couple of days later!

No quibbles once they got them back either, it only took a week from collection for them to organise a refund.

Much, much improved on the hassles I had with them a couple of years ago (when they repeatedly sent me the wrong capacity flash drive and I had to pay to send it back!)
