Almost every e tailer has a problem at some time, I do prefer to buy from Ebuyer as they proved for me to be the most efficient in the past. Last week I ordered some parts at 7.30pm and they arrived the next morning, pretty impressive. I could tell some horror stories about other e tailers but I am not going there, I just don't go back if it happens more than once.

    Problem solved...

I made a post on ebuyer forums and a guy called Will picked up my problem... he asked me for my order number so he could look in to it. He then asked me to re-order and he would personally make sure it went through and gave me free next day delivery for my trouble.

He was very apologetic which is all i wanted in the first place.

So a big thumbs up for Will.

I've never really had any problems with Ebuyer, in fact they've been quite good with me in terms of delivery and RMA's. They are much better than my experiences with DABS.

had a problem with the graphics card, one dvi port was missing a colour so it turned the screen a red hue. also I fubared my old motherboard with a flash. so we rma'ed both of them. sent em off and dabs accepted it. 3 months later my motherboard was returned, but no graphics card. when we asked them about it they said they hadn't recieved any graphics card, and we werent authorized to send it etc. we had 2 rma's so it was logical to send both together. but yet they didnt tell us when they recieved the card. so we assumed it was going to be fixed. and my dad was more angry at my mum because she lost the recorded delivery receipt to prove we sent both. so I suppose it was our fault but they should have at least told us that it wasnt meant to be there. it taught me a lesson to never let your guard down with the retailers. i was thinking oh dabs is the best and I thought I'd never have a problem. but still alot of good has come out of it. I would have never found Scan, and then I'd have never joined Hexus or used eBuyer or any others!

Re: ebuyer problems and poor stock system & communication.

I placed an order with ebuyer on Sunday, was expecting delivery today but nothing had been delivered by 5.30pm

Checked my emails - had received an email from ebuyer to say City Link had carded me (card was behind door - I hadn't checked). Very good of ebuyer IMO to let me know

    Managed to pickup items later
