    Thanks to all for your suggestions, especially Adam and Jay for suggesting tellies I've already mentioned myself.

    I went for the Amazon one in the end, along with a very slightly overpriced (£6) HDMI cable. I shall let you know how it performs when it shows up.

    What's your opinion on the Easy Touch? My brother's after a TV but he's extremely reluctant to go with any unknown makes although he's got his heart set on a 42" and can't afford the better makes in a 42.

    Dunno, hopefully it'll be delivered soon so I can find out what it's like. The only review I can find is in German which seems to say that it's O.K. but it doesn't do 1080 24P- which would be a bit annoying if true, but since my only current HD source is a V+ box I don't really have any way to verify whether that's true.
