Ultimate Storage LTD Anyone used these before? I recently purchased a DS-408 from them, they took my money and then sent me an e-mail stating they were out of stock and would be two weeks before they got any more in. The website still states they are in stock. If they didn't have stock why did they take my money? I would go elsewhere but the bottom line is they are about £60 cheaper than anywhere else i have found. Maybe they can't afford basic stock control on there website

Well the domain has been around since 2003, and the company appears to have been registered with Companies House in 1997, formerly Tape Pro Limited.

As for how reliable they are I have no idea. Give them a phone? they do list normal phone and fax numbers, not an anonymous 0845 etc

Yeah i have phoned them, i don't doubt that i will eventulty recieve the goods, i just wanted to point out that if you do use this company be aware that they may or may not have the goods in stock but they will happily take your money regardless and make you wait two weeks.

oldest trick in the book, pretend they have a warehouse full of stock, take your order, try to overnight one from there supplier, get told they dont have any and then fob you off. get a refund and go elsewhere m8

Could be short of cash at the moment so using fake stock to get cash in in the short term.

If it sounds to good to be true....

I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else, that 2 weeks could easily turn into 2 more weeks if your not careful.
