The same reason why nearly every decent BETA release is American only basis?
The same reason why the HD-DVD comes bundled with films in American yet none in Europe?
The same reason why games get released earlier in the States?

Get used to it, the EMEA market is probably considered 3rd after JAP and US so they'll not listen to our complaints and spiel garbage about "different markets" back at you.
