    Nothing to back its statements up though?
    How about a proper rebuttal, with figures and benchmarks proving Gigabyte are lying rather that threatening legal action in the way your average 14 year old does when they get insulted online?

    simple. run similar tests under linux. if chip is HW it wont care. If its software i bet it will be missing.
