    Question Asus v Gigabyte X800XTs

I've just recently bought a computer and I'm waiting on the company to finally ship the rest of the order, i.e. my new Gigabyte X800XT. I've been waiting about a week or so, but they'd said that the cards would be here by the middle of this week. Today I got an email saying that even though they have an order direct with Gigabyte they still haven't turned up and they really don't know when they will.

This put me in a disappointed mood to say the least and the guy said that if I wanted he'd send out the two extra floppy drives I'd ordered without any delivery charge and I could go elsewhere for the card, but they've done me well by their customer service so far and as no-one else has any so I figured I'd wait.

I just checked my work email and I have another email from the guy - sent minutes after I left work - saying that he's just had an ASUS in and he'll do it for the same price as the Gigabyte X800XT (it's actually £20 more) and will ship it tomorrow to arrive Monday!

Obviously I'm chuffed to be getting my X800XT, but I just wanted to know if any of you knew of any noticeable differences between the two? The only thing I can seem to find is slightly fewer games with the Asus, but that's hardly a big problem! Anyone know any other differences?

By the way, the company that's been so helpful? Microdirect

According to the thread about Asus X800XTs in stock ... I get CS:CZ, Deus Ex 2 and a free Webcam.

As for support, I've had loads of Asus stuff before and never any Gigabyte so I'm happy in that respect because I know what I'm getting
