It introduces a lot more GFX settings which you can change and a load of other things. It looks good, I haven't tested it properly yet though, only checking it works.

About time too, mines so buggy even after updating all drivers!

Glad a patch is here. Mine runs quite smoothly now aswell with the new NVIDIA drivers.
